Now this is a radical strategy, but have you tried eating your tinfoil instead of using it to preserve food?

I hear it's pretty alright, and very high in...tin...
That'Snot a very good idea.

Try as I might, I never manage to reduce my monthly grocery bill.
How have you tried to do so so far?

Have you tried eating less.

This is not a joke and worked for me. Portioning can stretch your food.

Ugh, I hate it when my parents get drunk. Whenever they invite one of their friends over, they all drink way too much and I have to spend the rest of the night trying to get them to give me straight answers to simple questions, put up with slurred and almost amusingly uninformed political discussions, and bear them constantly talking about how I need to "chill out" because I, unlike them, have not drank twenty-four ounces of poisonous grape juice in the past half an hour.

I accomplished literally nothing, including things I really needed to do, today.

Ugh.

Broke my phone by throwing it at a wall out of frustration. It's mostly functional, except the part of the screen that has one digit of my passcode doesn't work :v

Also nearly broke my hand by punching the same wall out of frustration.

The worrisome thing is that I am not a violent person at all ;-;

That's how all my phones meet their end.
Sorry to hear it, though- I know how shitty that feels.

Start by keeping a running total of your purchases as you go through the store.  If you go over your budget, you put something back.

-snip-
That's emotional build up more like, than actually having the intent to be violent :<
And that happens to many people commonly, with the emotions (and their intensity). That doesn't mean that you are being violent, it's like a way to output those emotions (like frustration, etc) along with the thoughts just preceeding [before] the action. There're myriad ways to deal with it--which can be either by action, including talking to others about the event as knowledge of solutions help, that all depends on the context (is this about people, is this about an impression, etc), or on where those feelings may be connected to :O (along with the output of those emotions).

But people aren't necessarily violent when outbursts can happen. It can sometimes be intense emotions instead.

Try not to vent into expensive pieces of hardware in the future. You'll find yourself wiser, wealthier, with less bone fractures, and able to call someone to talk

When I vented I usually just punched non-expensive shit like concrete walls or street lights. I still have scars on my hand.

Years ago my mother and her friends made a habit for a while of venting their frustrations by throwing ceramic tiles at a wall behind her shop.
It was quite cathartic and an enjoyable pastime for all involved. I am unsure if the tiles were just spares that were lying around or were bought for the purpose.

That one time I was so frustrated that I felt like I had to punch something, I thought the same thing. Let's not smash something expensive or easily breakable.
So I threw my fist at the sturdy wooden door. I have a hole in my door ever since, new doors are expensive. I wish I'd had gone for my cellphone.
