I apparently have 50% chance of survival, higher if they figure out something and pretty much 100% if they get me a liver but that might take a while. In meantime, I might be fucked because I need the drug that is killing me to not feel like dying. Me being at home is okay for now apparently, because in any case it seems that it's an long term death sentence.

Try to work something out with them, but seriously, don't take any more of the drug. If you still have any, get rid of it if you feel tempted. Everything has analogues and alternate treatments.

We're rooting for you, man.

It's not like I was taking it by myself, they said that in any case I shouldn't suddenly stop because that might be worse. I should stop slowly.

Alright, yeah, don't go listening to the forum over doctors.

I agree with this. Listen to the doctors, they usually know more than random people on the internet.

Walk into my house after about a week away- both for the purpose of resting my injured leg in a more comfortable environment (with Netflix) and to spend as little time as possible around my housemates- and I'm surrounded by people. The front door goes straight into the lounge room, so there are couches in front of it and to either side.

Everywhere I looked there were more people, most of them greeting me and insisting on making conversation. Fuck.
Didn't even recognize all of them. Certainly not what I needed right n... ever, really. I try my best to avoid my housemates, why can't they do me the same courtesy in return? Uh. Well. I guess the loungeroom is kinda right there, but still. People. Always. Talking to me in my own home. Gross.
Maybe I should stop being such a brilliant, witty conversationalist and making the fuckers laugh with every second sentence.

Quite definitely don't throw away all your medicine because a guy on the net told you to, yeah..

Well, since I'm signing a lease on a place of my own today, I may as well make this official. Wolfeyez and I are separated and waiting o.k. divorce paperwork to finalize. She's now 4+ hours away, and it'll be very rare that I see my youngest.

We just didn't work out, and I wish her the best.

Note: I do not want to talk details. I'm just sad. We've been apart for quite some time. It's just hitting me hard today.

My wife had taken the last two days off, so watching Nuclear Boy was secondary for me. Today they leave on a trip up north, and I am just blah blah blah. I fear the empty space of three days, hope it doesn't go down the drain in liquor (and thus ruining my diet) or worse go down the drain in lost memory. So yeah, blah.

EDIT: Forgot why I came here in the first place, although it seems pretty trivial now. Just realized that Diablo, Quake, Tomb Raider and MOO II are all 20 years old now.
