Ex messaged me and I had a minor panic attack and I don't know why.

If relationships are this bad for me maybe I shouldn't have them until I find out what's wrong with me. It wasn't even an especially deep relationship or bad break-up.

All campuses closed today and tomorrow, after mild violence yesterday. At this point, it's super unclear if we'll manage to finish the academic year.
