What exactly is going on, if I may ask. Talking about other people problems might distract me a while from the ticking cluster fuck bomb my whole life is sitting right now.

It's a shitshow dragging on for almost a year now. Some of you may remember what it was about and how fucking retarded I was, and while I may have gotten a bit less retarded, it doesn't hurt any less. When I was away during the summer I actually felt better, but it's been less than a week and I'm crushed by this all again.

Let's just throw some confusion, mix in a little headache, maybe bitter-sweetness, some excitement, anger sounds good, don't forget sadness, stir it all together...and presto! You now have "Whatever the hell I'm feeling right now"!

Glad you're okay. I don't know what happened, but please take good care of yourself and your body, yeah? Besides, you've got to live long enough to punch all the sharks, so they learn not to mess with humanity.

You gotta to take care of yourself too. Even if it's hard to see the reason to do it right now, that will clear up in time. I feel like I say it a lot, but things will get better. Until then, just keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Dunno if it fits for you, but my Depression always hits worst when I'm feeling powerless to change problems in my life, when I feel crushed under the expectations of others, or when I've been ignoring issues in my life for a long time. When you feel better and have the energy for it, channel some of it toward figuring out if anything's been eating you. If you find something, try breaking it down into smaller pieces and underlying issues, and then take little steps toward changing it.

You have the power to change things for the better, whether that's in your life, or in the world around you. You matter too. Even if you don't always see it that way, you deserve good things. Allow yourself to feel whatever you're feeling right now, treat yourself right, and try to make things better for yourself when you can. You'll be okay.

I'm honestly so stressed/fatigued/anxious that it's hard for me to operate during the day, and I just want to completely break down, but I'll probably get yelled at, or insulted, or hit for doing so... so I guess I need to keep suppressing thoughts and forcing myself to smile.
