It is NEVER weakness to express emotion.  Involuntarily, by choice, whichever.  Crying is perfectly okay.  It doesn't objectively hurt anybody, and no one will think less of you for feeling something.

Though I mean, let's be real here, I don't want Yoink to ignore other advice because it's not quite true, even if they are constructive. First, it is weakness, but it's a justifiable one. You are new at the responsibility of being a landlord. You're not a bad person for not being instantly competent at a new thing. You just have to learn from this.

Still not very pleased with myself, but I'm alright. Usually I am good at concealing my emotions around people, but I guess some of that may be due to the fact that I generally don't interact with people a whole lot. And the situation in question was something I've never had to deal with before.

Nobody mentioned my moment of weakness, at least. And the situation is, I think, on its way to being resolved.
Doesn't mean I don't wish I could just wash my hands of it all and run away, never to return. But... it could be worse, I guess.

Today I'm going to head off to spend the weekend in the city, push all this crap from my mind, and have a lovely time.
I was planning on doing so this weekend anyway, and I'm not about to let all this stupid, unnecessary drama ruin my plans.

Fuck. Fucking...ugh. Homecoming's in like, a month? I think? I'm not sure. Whenever it is, I need it to happen so I can stop doing...this thing. This stupid, fucking thing I do where I think I might want to date someone, even though it's just circumstances that barely matter that'll change in a bit anyway. It's...making things difficult in my mind. I promised myself, a loooong time ago I wouldn't date someone twice, but right now it's getting really tempting, but...ugh. I don't want to have this argument with myself anymore. I guess I could just go alone or with a group or something, but...still. I'd still be thinking about it, at least until it's over, and probably a bit longer too, and I might not be able to prevent myself from doing something dumb like that for that long. I just need to stop giving myself so much time to just think about stuff, it's what's going to end up getting me in these situations I don't know how to get out of.

I don't really have any advice for it since I haven't really found any solutions for it. I just try to keep it together and not think too much about the inherent state of unhappiness constantly in the back of my head.

I don't think eye problems are the reason for the headaches. As far as I know I've always had normal vision, and I haven't noticed anything being less clear than it was before.

I'm still not exactly sure what can explain them, though.

I'm seconding the glasses thing.  I had splitting migraines every single day after school for all of highschool that I attributed to stress and was told I needed a weak prescription of glasses when I got to university.  Now I don't even have any advil and I used to carry bottles to school with me...

But yeah it could be something else, just if it's possible for you, getting a eye exam is usually a good idea if you have headaches a lot.

It's worth a checkup, just in case it is eye problems, although I'd put those down as a stress headache too, given what I know about your parents.
