Hector, I am near 100% sure that your entire post is wrong.  Sure eventually, you need to reject the problem, but having to just blast it out to the world?  That's not how everyone deals with problems, hector.  Entirely, entirely not how it works.  One needs to feel safe to deal with a problem to deal with the problem, and those spoilers, they make a space, is how I see it.  And if that helps someone deal with, get help for, their problem?  Then that's a good thing.

In other news, bad acting is making me feel sad.  Or rather, bad improv, except I think it was scripted because they're captioning it and it's not what they're actually saying, so.  Really bad acting.  Gyaaargh.

Well that's your opinion. My opinion is that it makes it seem as though the person doesn't feel their problem is important enough to bother other people with. If you will excuse me, that is bullshit. I want to disabuse people of that notion; if their problems weren't important, threads like this wouldn't exist. This entire thread is a safe space for sharing problems, man.

Alternatively, I don't want to click through spoilers to get my sads in :P

To be fair though, some people post just to think things out in their head... and occasionally like the last time I posted asking for help here it got totally ignored.  Spoilers are a safe sort of middle ground where it doesn't feel like overtly asking for help and you still get the chance to type something down to work it out for yourself.... heck I bloody type things for this thread like every other day and then just delete them before posting cause I felt better just writing it down for myself.

You're the one who's going to the University of Toledo, aren't you?

Oh right, I forgot we have a Toledo native here. You work at the Casino off 75, don't you? Anyway that's right, I'll be graduating this year if all goes according to plan. It's a nice enough place but circumstance has kinda kept me from properly settling in.

You guys remember my jeans? You know, the jeans, that unexpectedly caused such a stir when I posted about them in the past?
Well, I hadn't worn them for a while, but today I planned on getting them out and maybe giving them a freshening up, seeing how they were doing. I'm tired of wearing black jeans all the time after all, and they're one of two grey pairs I own.

I took up my can of antibacterial spray, opened up the bag they were stored in, and... they're mouldy.
Not just a little bit mouldy, either. We're talking a multitude of different colours and textures of mould, some of which I've never seen before. It's like a fucking petri dish in there, except it's supposed to go on my crotch. I don't want a mouldy crotch. I don't want to lose my favourite jeans. :(

Gave 'em a thorough spraying with antibacterial spray and put them in direct sunlight.
Might have to get some actual mould-killing spray of some kind. Or put them in the oven for a while, maybe.
This is a terrible thing to wake up to. First I couldn't remember the exciting dream I had, now this.

My little sister fell off a hammock. Onto concrete. Don't ask why would someone hang a hammock over fucking concrete, I don't know either.

Aaand she's been having a nosebleed and feeling sick. That is not a good combination given the situation.

Okay. Did she hit her head? If so, get her to a doctor.

I ain't one but I am pretty sure that feeling sick and having a nosebleed is not a good combination... in any situation.

IIRC Scrdest is a medical student (Or biomechanical? Something like that) so he probably has a pretty good idea of how to deal with this sort of thing.
Biotech, so all that I am trained to do is to make enough moonshine to dull the pain while I grow them new organs, but fortunately my mum's a surgeon.

Optimistic version is that it might be your run-off-the-mill nausea from the nosebleed into the stomach, but y'know. Bit scary to go through randomly. It's been a couple hours now and she didn't seem to have the neurological signs, so it's probably going to be alright.

Afaik those symptoms sound similar to concussion, but being that this is the internet and it happened several hours ago, it's probably already been addressed.
