There's always tomorrow. At least if you're sick you can kick back since there's not a lot of work expected, I suppose!

Da, seconding what BHK said. Stay strong, eat a shit ton of drugs to eliminate all symptoms hang tight, and if all else fails, bring out the TV Tropes for distraction!

Bodyclock balance? :O I've found sleeping at the designated time and waking up at the same time around 3 days before the usual schedule is needed helps adjust my sleeping patterns. :3
u lucky gurl

I've had my alarm clock set to 8:50am for quite a while now, but alas, i can't easily drag myself out of bed on time or get my arse in bed on time, even if i actually have things to do, and if i manage, i'll either have a hard time falling asleep or feel tired for the next 5-6 hours. I don't know if i'm just a doofus or actually have a circadian rhythm disorder (delayed sleep phase disorder seems the most likely of the lot, if anything), but the annoying fact is that even my brother, who's otherwise as much of a night owl as me, has managed to shift his daily rhythm without too much difficulty. :I
Oh well, maybe things will sort themselves out in folk high school, because that's going to bring some stability into my daily rhythm.

also horee shietu it helped a lot to go to sleep my brain was badly overloaded last night

Well, on FG's, RtD's, and SG's you should come up with suitably interesting actions, depending on the game. :P
Or you could do what I do and just abandon games a couple of updates in

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

I ended up without a place to stay a few years back. A friend put me up in his spare room until I found somewhere. He recently lost his job and has decided to move back home. I could afford my share of the rent, but couldn't alone even before the pay cut. The family home is full unless you count the sofa and I don't want to impose. If I can't find anything in seven months I've no choice. I doubt anything will show up given the unfruitful years of search already done.

For some reason, my thoughts briefly fixated upon my dead cat buried in the back yard, wondering what condition he's in, and the idea of him either being completely dissolved away, or that I might have to see his bones due to some yard work project, makes me feel melancholic. Just sudden morbid thoughts.

You know, I usually find most fortunes I get from fortune fairly uplifting or funny (or their meaning flies over my head), but this one
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
hit me squarely in the feel zone, due to my neverending pile of physical and mental health conditions. (most of which are fairly minor admittedly, but it's still kind of a critical mass at this point)

Ach, can relate, even if my ailments may not be "many". Only really two distinct physical ones and one mental, but oh man my life would be so much better without those. I'd be further in life, i'd be happier, and i'd be feeling a lot less sick. :I

And speaking of feeling sick, i was actually feeling pretty fine today, but after the obligatory morning dump, i have heartburn, i can feel my pulse in my gut, and i'm feeling vaguely nauseated. This is on top of accidentally sleeping too much, making me feel groggy. I am currently not very interested in continuing "today".

We are doomed. It's just that whatever is going to kill us all just happens to be, from a scientific standpoint, pretty frickin' awesome.
