I'll be right, I just need to calm down. It's not as though trying to hurt myself with scissors is actually going to do much. I've also got no muscle so punching doesn't hurt.

Self-destructive behaviour is still self-destructive behaviour.  A person insulting themselves whenever he/she looks into a mirror is operating on the same wavelength as a person planning suicide.  Trying to rub out the problem of one's negative feelings towards oneself by hacking away at yourself is just gonna spiral out of control.

We really don't want anything bad to happen to you.  Please talk to someone.

Yes, self-harming is SERIOUS, no matter how you put it. There are two main problems with it, besides the obvious "hurting yourself is bad" deal: One, you might accidentally cause lasting and/or serious damage, and two, it doesn't solve the problem. Wounds caused by sharp objects can also get infected (note: untreated infections can make you sick, and in really bad cases, can kill you), and will likely leave unsightly scars. In other words, it's like taking too many painkillers for a knife stuck in your shoulder; it'll dull the pain, but you'll get sick and the knife is still there.

Continuing that metaphor, pulling the knife out by yourself is both difficult and dangerous, and your shoulder might end up permanently damaged. Get a surgeon to help you, and it'll be much easier and safer, and you'll likely make a full recovery. You wouldn't think twice about going to a doctor if you'd been stabbed, would you? Mental health is every bit as important as physical health, so please talk to someone.

Or just punch things until you get scars on your knuckles that will never heal, always reminding you of your lowest times.  Bonus points if you lose a toenail kicking bricks.

despite everything, i feel really fucking lonely.

my crush told me something like two weeks ago while messaging and now i really don't have any idea if this will work out (which is the reason im still forcing myself to say crush), and there isn't anything i can do about it. im pretty sure she doesn't know, either. we agreed to just keep doing the thing we were doing but i said that at like 1 AM and im not sure if i CAN keep doing this.

Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.

You have antivirus software, yes?

If not, I mean, Windows Defender, even.

Good luck.  I can't really offer much advice, but good luck, okay?

I still feel stupid.
Viruses happen.  The only secure computer is completely isolated from the network, behind a door that no-one can open, and turned off.

No, but I got it from being stupid.
Then learn from it and don't do it again.
