Learning first-hand the problems of being the specialist at a primary hospital. My current place has little to no autonomy for anything resembling a serious treatment. Which means that objections that you could circumveit if you were at a secondary or tertiary hospital become insurmountable. Because it's easier to say no to a paper request than to someone, up to his or her face.

Case in point, I tried to forward an older patient for treatment because half of the regime is unavaiable here,  and...

So for the time being I'll be administering the half that doesn't require external collaboration. And try to get myself some mabthera.

I seem to feel absolutely worthless and miserable whenever I'm not doing something that I see as "creative" in some way. This is putting a massive dampener on my ability to enjoy, well, most things but programming, etc. And then my parents seem to not want me to program at all, apparently it's a massive waste of time, and if I try to talk about it making me not feel like a waste of space I get in trouble.

I did poorly on my entrance exams and it's starting to look like I won't get into university this year.

I hope everything turns out all right.

So let's force ourselves to paint while barely keeping awake, yay!

So I did that last night, for several hours. But, as it turns out, when you're too tired to think you might close the piece thinking you saved it, even though you didn't.

So that was a waste :V
