I don't think I do. Just logs from the narrative write ups, I think.

I never used to get motion sickness in the car, and used to be able to read for hours when I was a passenger. Today was the second time I got really nauseous from just looking at my tablet for a few while on the road. Makes me worry about my ability to do VR development too, judging by problems motion sensitive folks can have with it.

Apparently, this can happen with HRT; Males are more tolerant of inconsistency of motion and vision because of biochemistry, and it's effect on the eyes and on spatial/vision processing. Haven't noticed changes in spatial reasoning etc, but for all I know that might be up in the air too.

If nothing else the perspective is good to have as someone who might be making stuff for motion sensitive folks, and maybe I'll learn to handle it, but I'm not a fan.
Hum, that's strange. I'm not taking anything like HRT, and that same phenomenon occurred as I aged. Perhaps biochemistry changes over time?

... the hell did I write of course it does. The question is whether it's changing enough, and in the right ways, to affect motion sickness.

According to a study I just read, cognitive changes related to spatial sense and motion sickness happen both during puberty and during HRT, which makes sense. It's the presence or absence of androgens which seem to create the effect, so I'd guess the same happens for older males with decreasing hormone levels too?

it seems pretty dangerous to base an entire personality around likes and dislikes... that's where you get the kind of people you see in undertale or five nights at freddy's or MLP comments, whose entire identity is based around fandom, it's a disturbing place to be in

I think looking at tablets for a long time while in a car would give anyone headache.

I'm not suggesting you base your entire personality around those, but the fact that you have them in the first place refutes the fact that you don't have a personality.

I wouldn't say so.

You're Putnam. You're an accomplished coder who likes making mods. You love fiction but dislike those who become obsessed with it. You don't suffer fools gladly. You work hard with limited tools to create wonders. I'd say you have definite personality.

If you don't agree, well, that's fine. But you're a notable and pleasing part of this forum, Putnam, and that wouldn't have happened without a distinct personality.

You liking and disliking different things is a result of your personality. Those things are not the totality of it, but they're a pretty good sign that something's there.

You're kind of like the less gayer, more competent me, and since people claim I have personality, presumably you do too.

I barely know you, and yet I can tell that you're an interesting person that I would enjoy getting to know. I might not be the best judge, but if you ask me, you have more personality than many other people I know.
