Wolfeyez and I drank last night. She can't get drunk. I got hammered. We're both in a lot of emotional pain. I wish I could just turn all the emotions off.

Been real busy these past few days. Stressy busy busy and having a lack of productivity onto things (along with receiving condescending P. messages here that really hurt a lot) .-.
Have done enough to create a nice draft for online projects though (but unfinished and SUPER late).

Hopeful for the week/Easter. Also midterms from the 28th to 1st of April. Pretty stressy compilation of thesis work and finals-requirements (needed, fun, but it's not them--it's my doubts and low self-esteem!)

Having really bad memories come back to poke me and tell me exactly that I'm not going to succeed because of me being myself :I Glad my dreams aren't affected (or, they are, but I'm glad I'm able to control myself in my dreams despite the nightmares).

OH yeha, fear of failure is a son of a bridge.

If I'm right in my assumption that you aren't a fan of things you draw coming out not as good as how it looks in your mind, then I'm gonna refer you to this and also remind you that it's probably a good idea to think less about "nyet i don't have the magical psionic powers to make things i draw look good" and more 'nyet i don't know a trick to make these eyebrows REALLY EXPRESSIVE AND ALSO POSSIBLY GIVE ME DOMINANCE OVER THE VIEWER WITH ITS HYPNOTIC POWERS i should experiment more"

The funny thing is that people seem to be obsessed with the idea of art being subjective that they forget that there's an objective side to it that even the most unartistic person can learn. Creative people tend to forget that and accidentally draw things they don't like as a result.

That was amazing Cinder wow

I'm doing pretty good recently, but the guy I mentioned who's pining over expensive figures is sounding really depressed ):
It's kinda hard being his friend after he strung me along for years, and I'm still attracted to him for bad reasons...  The same irresponsibility and vanity that are causing him problems now.

I've just known him for too long to just cut contact I guess, particularly when he's hurting like this.  Or rather I do it all the time, but always relent.  Partially out of worry, but also because flattery from a vain person is pretty sweet.
Even though it's empty.  He offers it to anyone willing to stick around.

Hey, hey, you don't owe him jack even if he's in a tough spot. It's kind of paradoxical, isn't it? Everyone deserves love and help, but nobody is obligated to give them. Just know that it's your choice and you won't be the bad guy if you just leave him to his own device.

It's not as fun as it might sound. Turning off emotions would remove everything; no being happy, no being excited, no anything. They might mess things up sometimes, but they exist for a reason.

Well, I forgot that my 7-year old cousin has a crush on me. I just want to watch a movie without a 7-year old trying to kiss my neck/make out with me.
I didn't even like it with my ex...

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

What you describe is actually a fairly good approximation of (some types of) depression.

And you may notice that most depressed people end up dead.

Asked mom for drawing tablet. Said we have one in a box. Doesn't want to help find it. I tried to find it. Can't find it. No computer art :'(

Oh, ugh, losing graphic tablets and trying to find them is a nightmare.

Well, I forgot that my 7-year old cousin has a crush on me. I just want to watch a movie without a 7-year old trying to kiss my neck/make out with me.
I didn't even like it with my ex...

Yikes.

In other news, I found part of the tablet. The wireless mouse that came with it and the pen part. :-\
