Sometime ago, I was invited by one of my friends to a Labor Day party.
I felt REALLY excited! Like, REALLY. I couldn't wait until it!
But then, this evening, my friend called me and said that his wife was sick and he didn't want to infect anybody, so he cancelled the party.
THIS IS AWFUL!!!

So despite depositing my check I'll be completely broke for the next four days because nothing happens until Tuesday. My account pretends its at zero.

The bank also charged me $250 in overdraft fees, I didn't realise I was overdrawn because I can't access my balance except from atms which I only have a chance to use every few days. They also charged $20 for every day I was overdrawn. I became overdrawn when is made a few debit transactions, which with most banks check your account balance and refuse if there's insufficient funds, but this bank I have to tell them i want to opt out of their program that let's every transaction go through regardless of balance. Oh, except cash withdrawals from an ATM.

So in the end I paid them $350 in fees. This isn't actually capitalism either, its just robbery. If there were a rage thread open right now I'd single handedly have it nuked by toady with my anger.
