I will make someone rig up a program that'll send out a mass-PM stating "See you later, space cowboy" and it will be glorious.

I'd prefer a gif of a space corgi hopping off into the distance, noping all the way. Is that a possible alternative?

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

The fuck? All of a sudden I'm pining for someone I met once several months ago. Crushes aren't supposed to work that way! This is bullshit.
I will happily take your brain shenanigans for $5, I haven't had those kinds of feelings for years and could also use $5.

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

I think my teen hormones are still clinging on and I'm having a moment right now. Combined with my tiredness, inability to sleep due to this cold, and this cold, I'm feeling very run down.

Teen hormones, eh?

Have you tried typing furiously?

How to root a droid maxx.

Basically, you just sideload their android package installer onto the phone, then press go.

Well yeah, but only because nothing means anything. Human life is but a momentary itch in the life of a planet.

My Mom is a 51 yr old teenager, I swear to god.

To not go into much detail, anything involving my Mom pisses me off to an utterly irrational degree. She was bothering me when I'm trying to relax and concentrate on the new MTG game on Steam, bothering me over alot of stuff, but the thing I want to talk about was where she goaded me out of my room to 'try out a new lighter wow it's so high tech Josh you gotta try it out' and I'm already telling her if it's a stupid fucking prank I'm going to lose my shit. I grab it, it shocks me, and I just go apeshit mad. I'm yelling and punching the wall in my room, hard enough to skin my knuckles raw.

Now I'm at work, still pissed off, with a hand that hurts.

Reading the whole thread is useful.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2444954&page=87

see post 868.  It mentions a temporary root method called towel pie, and another expliiot tool called sunshine to unlock the boot loader. After that, permanent root can be achieved.

This reminds me very much of when I had to do some scary things to my old HTC phone to get JuopunutBear loader insalled. That phone STILL works, but is now the possession of a friend of mine. (That exploit required doing the "Wire trick" to literally short out the NAND flash during bootup to get the cpu "Drunk", so that the encryption check was not enforced during a fastboot + reflash operation. SCARY STUFF.)

Sadly, both tools only work on 4.4.3 and lower. That's fairly old.
