In my own Sad, I shouldn't have checked my phone when I woke up at around 4. A while of looking at stupid shit on Facebook and I'm pretty sure I'm too angry/depressed to go back to sleep.

I'm getting mood swings again, which is a sign that I should start laying back on the caffeine a bit. Too bad coffee is the only thing I want to drink right now, and the only decaf I've tried has been disgusting.

I consider myself semi-lucky to not even like coffee at all, so i won't get dependent on it. :v

In other news, anxiety is biting my ankles really hard at the moment. I keep setting a goal for me to do during the day (draw/paint a puntastic thing during daytime), but i keep failing to get going. Therapist told me to be watchful in these moments, and keep track of what kind of "excuse" i'm thinking up. I can't really put it into words though, beyond "it's scary". Of course, these moments of failure compound each other, and now it's once again spilling into my nights, where i'd otherwise be reasonably comfortable. I've tackled a great many problems by now, but this anxiety is by far the most difficult and tenacious. It's like that one horrid marathon boss fight where, if you slip up for just a moment, you'll get punched back to somewhere around square one. :/

I will still update Descent and my RPG though so it's not a complete break, but I feel like I have finally worn out everyone's patience so I'm just going to shut up until I stop being a horrible person.

I think you literally never got on my nerves.  You took some things hard, but I sure know that's something a person can't just "switch off".  And I'm sorry you're so hard on yourself, but that's not easily fixed either.

To be honest you're probably better off away though.  I almost left recently too, for different reasons.  Still might.  Slightly more likely now, even.
