Been feeling kinda shitty for most of the day, hearing about mr. Lee passing kinda piled on top of that.

Then I came here and read some of the sads (big hugs for all suffering them) and realised, I really don't have much of a reason to be sad now. Like, except for the death thing I can't figure out one other thing that would sadden me.

Annoy me, sure, it's hot and damp, I'm kinda lacking sleep still and generally feeling somewhat lonely for the past couple of weeks (I've realised most of my interactions have been with a steadily shrinking group of people, I guess I'm filtering out the chaff again but it's still kinda crappy to have no one to talk to) but these are things I'm kinda used to by now.

Since this is getting rambly, I'll try to get to what I think is the point here. I've realised (once again I think, I just keep forgetting) that I'm being sad or down for the sake of being sad or down it seems, it's become my default state, it's safe I guess and comfortable in a way but I think that's only because I've been here for so long that actual happiness or optimisim or whatever has become outside my comfort zone.

And I have little to no idea how to fix that right now.
