Have someone lance it and then squeeze the pus out (or do it yourself in the mirror to avoid awkward if you can) wash with disinfectant. But first confirm its just a zit, not something more serious.

I used to get absolutely horrible acme, incredibly painful swollen zits all the way down my torso despite all the bathing and the acme medications didn't help but mask it for a few hours. Still do to an extent, and eliminating individuals once identified is all that seems to work.
