So I'm completely exhausted after a rather intense week with little sleep and even less food. I can't remember the last time I was well rested, or when I felt full and not shitty, maybe a couple weeks back?

I really need to get back on track before I ruin my health but it's kinda hard to find the energy to push myself, it's a vicious cycle, and I probably could get out of it if I had like a week off or something, but I can't really do that right now, or for the next two months.

It gets worse tho because when I'm like this I have a reallly hard time keeping myself positive, which I absolutely need right now.

I have no idea how I'm gonna do all of this.
