The guy in the video is shown doing 1 pushup. Also 3 reps of bench-presses(4x15k weights so around 132lb) and 3 reps of bringing the barbell from waist to clavicle level (maybe 66lbs).

I've always assumed Weird Muscle Guy image wasn't a real dude so I don't know about him.

It's probably a disguised archive. Are there common modding tools available that could zip/unzip that (like arctool for Titan Quest) ?

Almost every (big compan)y game developer throws their entire game into one file. Mabinogi, for example, has everything inside a single 2.7gb "[patch number].pack" file. It's an entirely proprietary file format and when decompressed is ~7gb. Lots of interesting stuff in it.

If you're lucky, it'll be a renamed standard format. If you're unlucky, you should try to find a program that specifically decompiles  SEGA Total Wars files.

Ayup, Soul Reaver 2 even has that file named bigfile.dat ^^
But from what I observed, it's usually one big file per asset type, so you end up with a gfx.file, sfx.file, cutscenes.file... etc.

Been to the doctor's. Swabbed, sent off, being monitored. Annoyingly, it decided since I was going there it would look 100% healthy. No discharge that was obvious, the right colour...

If you got some alcohol or Listerine and a degree of pain resistance, you could try to disinfect it.

E: Goddammit. I *just* learned that there's a Museum Night tonight here, and since I only learned minus two hours to it starting, other... arrangements mean I can't go.
