I can say from experience that orange soda is the drink for an upset stomach. I'm not sure if there's any scientific reason for it, but it always stays down. Also, some part of the symptoms may come from the not-eating, in a sort of vicious circle. Try to convince her to eat, and consider calling a doctor if it seems really bad.

What is orange soda, exactly? Is this one of those funky American things that dissolves everything it touches because it's basically liquid sugar acid?

...

Yeah I dunno about your father, that sounds complicated
From what I've heard, his dad is pretty cool, just a bit clueless.

And getting the hell out of there sounds like the only real solution. Hate mail, sodding really? These people sound like collectively the second-largest sack of twats on the face of the planet.

To be fair, it's usually a good bet that any given person is in fact a he, at least on Bay12 where the numbers are 13:1 or something ridiculous.

Singular they has too many letters. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Orange flavored carbonated soft drink - it's popular globally.

Oy, habitually calling people "he" before discovering their gender doesn't make somebody a bigot.

Girlfriend is sick
Hasn't eaten much anything for the past 4 days, only are a little bit of yogurt today.
She doesn't seem to want to talk or anything and denies to eat even though she says her stomach feels empty. She also says she doesn't feel hungry. Her stomachs is constantly (aching upset?) abd ahes got some sort of headache or nausea. I'm pretty sure she's been running a fever for the past two days as well and can barely get food down (why she's not eating) without feeling like she's going to vomit.

I feel so sorry for her :(
I wish I could help her in some way
Can she drink water? Because while you may already have provided this, mixing sugar and a bit of salt into regular ordinary water can at least get some of the vital things into the body (just drink it slowly, of course). Don't worry TOO much about her not eating just yet, since as we all know, people can survive surprisingly long without food, and reserves will build up again once apetite returns. In any case, as long as you're there for her, i'm sure she appreciates it. And, for what it's worth, i hope she gets well soon, because i know all too well how terrible stomach illness is. :<

Pretty much anything fizzy is good for settling an upset stomach. Personally I find root beer to be best for that purpose. Once the stomach is settled, gatorade can be good for replenishing lost substances. Of course, these are temporary measures, and actual food should be sought as soon as possible. Water is very important at all stages though.
