Does that bacteria come from vaccines?

As far as I know, it's naturally present, but in small concentrations. However, an early excess (age < 3) of antibiotics can throw the whole gut fauna out of balance, and since chlostridium resists most antibiotics, it develops much more than it should.

Yeah, your body is ridiculously interconnected. They've found even gut bacteria have effects on your mood and psychology. Those aren't even technically part of you.

To elaborate on that, an excess of certain gut bacteria (chlostridium, IIRC) has been linked to regressive autism

Other gut bacteria balances can do things like cause anxiety, at least in rats. The relationship between gut bacteria and your brain hasn't been studied much, but my impression is they're finding a lot of connections now that they're looking for them.

Indeed. This kind of research is turning up fascinating results. I'm curious as to what will be found in the future.

Some do, but they usually contain "lesser" variants of the real stuff.

I do not think Tack holds medical professionals in the highest of regards.

In all honesty, I find psychology to be very shady in most regards, mostly since psychologists like to base their assumptions on hilarious outdated stuff like Freud and Jung, and often fail to distinglish between a real issue/disease. I'm not the most reliable source on this matter though, mainly since my experiences with psychology come mainly from friends that attended several different psychologists and psychology teachers and students. Most of it seems wildly arbitrary and unscientific, at least untill we enter the realm of actual psychiatry.

There's no way for those to make it from your bloodstream to your colon, right? I could see them being less harmless in a different environment.

They cannot be more harmful. Live bacteria in the bloodstream are literally as bad as it gets, if we're talking a proper infection, and they are *attenuated* - meaning their ability to cause disease is nil.

Clostridium bacteria are part of the natural gut microflora; even if there's a trace amount of them in a vaccine for some reason, if we're talking gut bacteria, you're seriously worse off feeding them honey than vaccinating them  (by the way, you really shouldn't feed small children honey, you're risking botulism, which is a death by suffocation without medical aid).

Furthermore, the gut-brain interaction triggered by bacteria is still a very murky subject - there's a plausible pathway, but we don't know if it's used, how, or by what.
