Yeah, generally if you have a disagreement with someone on the forums, it's best to take it to PMs. The emotion threads generally aren't the place for inter-forum drama. It can be... flammable, so to speak.

Accidentally deleted a big post I was making, and fuck rewriting.

TLDR was that I basically slept little to nothing (4-0 hrs per night) for months on end and fucked myself up mentally (couldn't feel emotions, no drive, stopped eating, etc). I very recently (last few weeks) started forcing myself to sleep, and I've improved massively. I have recently begun to emotion again, and I forgot how much it sucks. Not to mention I can't help hating myself for all the horrible shit I did while mentally broken (broke near all my core principles, might be failing a class, hurt my friends/family/myself).

Oh yeah, I fucked over my memory to the point I can barely remember anything past the beginning of all of this shit, possibly screwed over my hearing from constantly tuning out my thoughts with music, and the long periods of near motionlessness bent over my computer has probably screwed me up physically.

TLDR TLDR: Fucked myself over with sleep-deprivation and, having finally regained emotions, hate myself for my actions while mentally messed up.

I am. I mostly stayed alive AFAICT from sleeping more than 12 hours on the weekends. Only thing that kept me going, though it fucks you up something fierce.

It's not the missing sleep I hate, BTW. I was just generally a lazy, insensitive prick to everyone around me, and I hurt a few friends, along with being unable to stop lying about school. I just lied and lied and lied, to everyone, even myself.
