Trouble is, these aren't "terrible horror that should not be" kinds of nightmares, these include people and dealing with them, that shit I can't easily paint, I try but it doesn't always help.

Yay Kal is alive~!

I was really worried.[<-Understatement]

Actual sad:

Is sickness. The worst part is that I can't THINK properly. Its really quite annoying. Like a headache, but softer. And I can't focus especially well on anything. Bleh.

I don't think I've said it yet so I will now. Really glad you're back amongst us, Kal. Don't worry, we're all demons here. And still more moral than the angels, at that.  :P

Well I'm just glad you're okay Kal.  You had us all worried there...  Well worried is an understatement, but...

Well, at least you're OK.

And your church leader, do. Not. Listen. They sound like they just don't give a - about your well being. Your parents- I don't know what your parents are like, but I know that for some people (including me) their coping mechanism is to just ignore a problem and hope it goes away. It rarely does, but coping mechanisms are hardly the most logical things.

I'm going to express a similar sentiment here: It's great that you're OK! Also, don't listen to that leader - he's causing a very negative impact on your life. (Also, as an LDS person, I have to say that I have no idea where he got the idea of people being demons; I'm pretty sure it's not part of the church's beliefs.)

and Even if you can't find a healthy outlet for your issues, for the love of god at least remember that there are still plenty of unhealthy options that are much less drastic than suicide

I gave up suggesting alcohol long ago.
It worked for pretty much any problem people posted about, but no-one ever seemed to appreciate my suggestion. :(

Who said getting shitfaced? Besides, I'm not suggesting it for the current topic.
But most of the situations for which I suggested drinking boiled down to, "I'm sad, lonely and too socially awkward to make friends."
I used to cry myself to sleep over the exact same problem. Now I have friends. It's great. But whatever, go on being sober. :P

Weed... probably wouldn't help with making friends.
Well, apart from your dealer (although how you'd manage to find a dealer if your problem was having trouble making friends, I've no idea).

Also I generally think of 'shitfaced' as a pretty advanced stage of drunkenness? ???

Getting shit faced IS a terrible solution. It drives people away from you and performs a hitman on your liver.

It's not a good solution at all, but it's better than killing yourself. If Robin Williams hadn't quit drinking he might still be alive today; on his second or third liver and constantly in and out of hospitals but still alive.

I'm back!
"I'm really sodding glad you're alive"
Basically this, I'm sincerely glad you're still among the living. It would suck more than a black hole to lose you.

In personal sads, sunburns suck - albeit much less than black holes.

Well Sinfest just crossed the line for me. I was hoping for the comic to come back to it's roots, but with the fact that wiping a man's mind and tricking him into turning himself into a frog with the direct implication that he has forgotten ever being human has been presented as a good thing... I don't think I can read anymore. I could deal with the rampant feminism, I could deal with almost every male character getting shat on but this is just too far. Goodbye Sinfest, it's been a fun ten years I've spent reading you.

Last day of spring break. Going back to college tomorrow. Or technically today, seeing how it's 1 in the morning and I don't want to sleep because I don't want the break to end and I don't want to go back to college and what is my life aaaagh.

I have a problem and that problem is procrastination.

Prematurely receding hairline, ahoy! The good news is, if genetic background is anything to go by, it will stop in this current widow's peak configuration and remain where it is until I'm 40. Then maybe I can just grow a goatee and look like a villain until then.
