She's having a birthday party tomorrow that I was going to go to, but a few other friends warned me not to go because she invited her druggie friends that introduced her to the stuff. Not going, don't want to get involved in that. Not really sure what to do. I knew she was doing drugs but thought it was just pot.

Sup with Yahoo? o_o

Sad: Net = x_x
Productivity due to that = x_x
And the net somehow generally works in the morning, or at specific intervals of the day and afternoon, cutting off after very specific times. With no warning (prior to finding this pattern). :-\ They mentioned a problem with our line but...its been weeks months.

Anyway, my whole family is sick now. Its all my fault, I guess.
Didn't take precautionary measures? :<

So, this morning on the way to the con from the hotel, I was accosted by a man asking for money. Vietnam vet, he said. Needs enough for a shower, he said. So I fished out a 20 and gave it to him, got the usual "Thank you god bless."

So, to buy the stuff at the convention I now needed to borrow cash from my folks, no problem. I'm walking back to the hotel, having spent all my money, and the same guy comes up to me and asks for money, saying the same thing: he wants a shower, and is just short. I ask him if he got one earlier, he says he's just short. I tell him that I have no more to give but I hope he gets enough, he tells me that he can't get it because I'm not giving him money, does not recall me giving him anything earlier, and when I explain that I have no more cash and I need what's on my debit to pay my bills, he tells my I'm lying and a bad person.

Now I'm doubting he really is a vet, or is even in need. I hope he honestly forgot due to whatever ailment may be afflicting him (though the "need a shower" line after multiple donations from others makes that suspect), because otherwise he's either so desperate as to get aggressive, or thinks I'm so stupid that the same line will work on me twice. People who beg as a scam harden peoples' hearts against those who are really in need.

Maybe try to convince them to join one of those programs to switch to methadone.

That's the only thing I can think of.

EDIT:
and remind them to avoid sharing needles.

Not good enough, apparently.

Also, yahoo is the devil.

Also also, I forgot to eat anything with my antibiotics. I am now nauseous. Fucking drugs that need to be taken with food! I'm not hungry enough to think about eating!

I got done watching "It's a girl" on Netflix, a documentary about how the cultural pressure in India and China to have boys instead of girls leads to a lot of abortions, abandonment, and infanticide of female babies. It's creating a whole host of societal problems, and it's really depressing. It seems so crazy, you'd think something like that would eventually lead to what is basically a suicide of their whole culture as the ratio of men to women becomes so lopsided as to be unsustainable.

Crushes are your brain's way of being stupid whilst trying to justify it with butterflies in the stomach and going 'BUT YOU LOOOOVE THEM!'
Err ._.
There's something wrong with appreciating someone else when you're already appreciating someone mutually?

Crushes almost exclusively come along when you're in a relationship or its with someone you're uninterested in pursuing a non-friend relationship with, I've found. They're a highly emotional and highly illogical thing (like most emotional stuff. There's a reason we're not completely emotional or logical) that comes along every so often and often makes you beat yourself up somewhat.

In my experience, they happen *because* the person is unavailable, actually or in perception.
