I want "To be the place where the falling angel meets the rising ape," tattooed on me. Have for a year or more now.

Also its freezing.
lolwat. You could always come here.
She said freezing not "cryogenically preserved".

It was 15F when I woke up this morning. This is unacceptable, I live in the South in large part to avoid sub-freezing temperatures.

That guy isn't racing dogs. His dog's running at him through a path he snowblowed to his house.

Yeah. It's almost that deep even in the Lower Peninsula right now too. Luckily I've got access to my Granddad's old snowblower, or that path would have to be done by hand every time it snows. .______.

No better in Toledo, either. The University has snow blowers mounted on these battery powered mini-pickup things that they use to clear some of the paths, but none of the bridges we have to cross to get to class were cleared. So we can either walk across the now mostly tramped down but very slippery footbridge, or walk on the street with the commuters driving in. I'm sure they'll get it more completely done soon, but these last couple of days have been ridiculous.

Meanwhile we had the festival that marks the first day of spring here a week back, and the weather is warming up nicely.

It's a Saturday, so libraries close early. I got to my local library about five minutes before it closed, and to the city library about fifteen minutes before it closes. :-\ At least I had time to transfer the money I needed to.

No time to update RTDs or listen to music or anything, though.

I gave myself some minor burns because I turned the shower on too hot and didn't turn it down because I liked the pain.
