Tried making chocolate pancakes using a recipe I found online.

They tasted nothing like chocolate and stuck to the pan harder than anything I've ever cooked, including regular pancakes. They had to be ripped off via spatula.
Just make regular pancakes and add chocolate chips. Did you remember to grease your pan?

At the bare minimum, you should cull the bottom 99.9% you come across when following people on twitter.
And this is why I don't do politics.

More of a Donald Trump thing, I think.

I've discovered flavoring pancakes should happen after the fact. My cinnamon pancakes always just turn out cinnamon colored, no matter how much I added.

Yep. I think I'll go for regular pancakes next time and just do that.

Dammit, Ramsey! Your recipe has failed me!

Oh, you skipped the part of the recipe that involves screaming. See, that causes the metal of the pan to enter a resonance and the resulting vibrations prevent food from sticking to it.

Throat feels as if the atmosphere were composed of angry fire ants. If it were made of cough syrup, I could at least drown in comfort.

A shitty cold coupled with spontaneous and unprompted (though not necessarily inaccurate) senses of inadequacy. Then that promted me to realise that I am actually almost as terrible a person as I felt I was. Thanks facts for backing up the shittiest truth.

Urgh, you lot are bringing up painful memories of that biology exam.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.
