Failed one of my classes. Barely scraped by the rest. Going to be fun letting my mom know that.

This band's name reminds me of Kamin.
I should do a Drunk Fortress turn sometime. Maybe tonight.

Failed my diet for today. Hey, it was a party, I don't go to those too often, and it's not like there's going to be junk food at the house.

Come home and find out that mom and brother bought a ton of cookies, chocolate and other crap. I explained that I'm trying to eat better and that it's really kind of hard when there's piles of junk food in every cupboard, ffs.

I have no idea what motivates me.
I got up early today to accompany a friend while she gets some documents sorted out. It's the earliest I've gotten up in weeks, and it was a fairly productive outing, managed to get myself some really good crackers along the way, and generally had a good day out. Yet as soon as my friend went home I go straight back to my usual habit of lying around doing absolutely nothing but browsing various web forums. I won't lie, I enjoy doing so, otherwise I wouldn't do it, and the various quests and forum games I'm involved in are interesting and such. But I can't ever bring myself to do anything else. Whenever I have free time I just do that, and it's starting to get criticized by my family for it. I shouldn't read the internet all the time, I should go out and meet with a friend (of which I have 2 within a day's travel). I should go out and go to a store. I should go out and meet people, I should buy people presents, I should etc. But I can't find any motivation to do any of that; can't really make myself do anything besides do karate, read, or on the rare occasion that a friend wants to do something with me, that, and even those have a minimum of effort put in. Dunno why I feel so damn disconnected from everyone, but I am, and it's making me wonder how other people manage to do all the things they do on a daily basis.

It looks like theres some nasty bugs currently with 40.20, which isn't unexpected and Toady One is aware of them and is going to work on those. So, I'm going to have to wait a bit longer for my first 40.xx fort.

Haven't played guitar seriously in weeks or possibly even months and I'm complete shit at it again and have no idea where to start and it feels completely unnatural and I don't even want to bother anymore it's pointless and silly to think I can do anything like music god I am such a failure.

Then start somewhere simple. Play a few scales, then run over a piece or a song you know well, and then move on. It's definitely as easy as I make it sound, but dfinitely worth it.

Step 1: Pick up;
Step 2: Hold the long part to left (if right handed);
Step 3: Put finger of left hand on one wire;
Step 4: Strike wire with other hand;
Step 5: Don't lose motivation, it gets easier.

Also, depending on your skill level, your ability to play is almost directly a function of your confidence in it. Or at least the capacity to ignore your own errors.

My mom is going back to the old house for the weekend. My choices are to come with her, or go to my dad's for the weekend.

What about me staying here? I can't because apparently she doesn't want me to be left alone. Because I'm a small child with no control over my life.

By the way your parents kept treating you I assumed you were pretty young.

Then I took a look at your profile.

Aren't you legally allowed to euthanize your parents at that age?
