Well my girl friend is extremely anti social
This is saddening

Further explaining for a rather vague statement

She will go as far as to say everyone but me hates her or doesn't like her so she won't have to socialize with them
Even though some of these people think she's very nice and they like her

Sigh I wish I knew how to help her with social anxiety

Nah, introverts can like being social. They just can't keep it up for long periods of time.

That is exactly what GO said.

they just prefer to be alone/with fewer people, as opposed to being terrified at the prospect of socialising with new people.

There is a long gap between liking a thing and just not being terrified of a thing.

Well she says it's social anxiety

I've had her around some of my friends and she usualy just remains quiet and doesn't like to talk but my friends say she's nice even with the very few conversations they've had with her but she still either thinks they all hate her or that it's not worth trying to get to know them because they won't like her.
It's alittle saddening that all she wants to do is hang out with me and if I try to do something like a double date or have us hang out with other couples she just doesn't talk the whole time, I wish I knew how to help her get over it. She has had conversations with some of my friends that she didn't know before and know she kinda likes them as opposed to thinking they hate her.........

Address the matter directly and let others who are friends of yours or friends of hers tell her directly that they don't hate her :D

I've tried telling her that and she almost ignores it
And I'm not sure how happy she would be if I got all my friends to gather around and call her nice
And she has all of like 3~4 friends that aren't relatives or me...........

As someone with similar issues, I find it's much less of a problem when I meet 1 new person at a time. Large groups can be pretty damn intimidating.

Double dates then I guess

She knows a few of my male friends who are dating and she could use some female friends I guess...... (She has like 1 maybe 2 female friends [including the people she's met through me] the rest are guys)
