I think I might have given the guy I worked with on lab friday my email incorrectly which is bad because we need to work together on a lab report due tomorrow ugh i don't know what to do

Contact someone who knows him? If you don't know anyone like that, contact someone who knows one. That, or make it yourself and before the lab, compare the two if you both made them and turn in the better one.

Well, I actually visited a counciler a few days ago... Apparently my school just got one.
And we talked a bit (15 mins), got introduced and stuff, and she told me to come back whenever, normal stuff I think...

And then she went and told my parents I have no problems at all and am basically perfect and don't need any help. Just because she read my current marks in school and I have around 95s in most of my classes, and apparently that means I have nothing wrong at all.

Also, is being told I'm "very real" a complement? I think most people are... What's the alternative?
Visit her again, schedule meetings with her ahead of time.
Gradually, bring up what bothers you in a topic. Please do such.
Don't leap to those kinds of assumptions.

Communication is key Kaladin. If she doesn't know you don't feel fine she can't tell your parents that either.
Yeah, but I did talk to her! And then she basically ignored everything we talked about and told my parents I was perfect because I have good grades.
Lassie, I believe you're carrying your mother's {or whomever is relevant, I'm only saying such because it seems to be the predominant cause} attitude of [GRADES MUST BE PERFECT SO YOU WON'T BE {Weak_adjective}] which is a very destructive attitude. :-\
Repeating again: TALK TO HER MORE.
Don't jump to conclusions.

...And it really seems 'perfect' in other terms. Ask her, next time, what she meant by perfect. Change all conclusions that you got here into inquiries to forward to her later on.

MEET HER. MORE.
[Caps = emphasis, not shouting :P ]

The big thing is talking to the counselor without your parents around. Just tell the parents, "Hey, I'm staying after school to do extra work," or something, and see the counselor by yourself. A lot of times, school officials will just tell parents what they want to hear.

...my boss is working an 18 hour shift.
I could've sworn it was illegal to work more than 16 hours in any 24 hour period.

Even if it is, when you're a position where "work's gotta get done" you work 24 hour shifts if that's what is required. You can't remain competitive if you work your official hours and no fewer. When my father was a middling-level accountant I wouldn't see him for weeks at a time, because he left before I awoke and came back after I was asleep, seven days a week.

Meh.  People suck.

Edit: Huh.  Although he doesn't display his age and hasn't been on in three years, it's apparently the OP's birthday today.

No, that's what I did... I went there alone during my spare and we talked, and then she went and emailed my parents saying everything was perfect and I don't need counciling at all.
Or my parents are inflating her words out of proportion, but either way it's disappointing.

So I just got this message from my mother (who has been absent most of my life).
I don't know what to say, so I've been avoiding it.

Awww.

I don't know what to say either. That's such a heavy message, no idea how to respond to that.

If it's okay to ask, how come she was absent most of your life?

She's got some kind of mood disorder that made it impossible for her to live with my father or take care of me herself, so she left. Been wandering from friend to friend since then.

Send a concise thank you, and acknowledgement + probable future correspondence if words escape you maybe?

Still go to em, Kal. :P Judging by these, what bugs you is still left out the window (unknown to em)

I'm terrible with the 'Five things need doing NOW!' stress.

That's actually one of my favourite feelings. Adrenaline clears my head wonderfully, and if there are things that need doing immediately I know that there's nothing that I need to be more stressed about looming on the horizon.

I'm really bad at handling stress :S

What kind of stress is it? If you're still studying for exams, see if you can get past papers and a mark breakdown from the examiner.
