Well, looks like I may well have haemorrhoids. Went for a crap this morning afternoon and there was blood (fresh blood) coming out. Off to the doctor's on Monday, probably gonna end up with those suppositories

In other news, retail still fucking sucks. GameStop promotes themselves as being family-first, and props to them for not being open on Thanksgiving, but I still go into work at 3am and my boss is working an 18 hour shift. So much for family first.

Edit: I feel the need to clarify. We're not open 24 hours on Black Friday. We're open from midnight to 9pm. I think.  Fuck, I don't know, I go home at noon, when I can finally sleep.

I remember when I was a kid and I thought working in Gamestop (or any game shop really) would be so cool because I could play all the games and it'd be totally cool selling games to people. So naive.

You would not believe how many adults who have worked retail before turn in applications with those same stars in their eyes. We get about 4 apps a day (in a town of about 10k people, mind you,) and half of them have this mentality.
