My head hurts. Like, it hurts behind my eyes. Probably a sinus headache. It's hard to go to sleep as a result, because it hurts to even close my eyes.

Probably won't get any work done, so I should probably call it a night and go to sleep, but as said, that's hard to do. But any other options for killing time/relaxing/ whatever is just as unpleasant because headaches.

Fun times.

Try stuffing yourself with sodium ibuprofen and water. Works for me.

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

Just found out my dad has to work on thanksgiving, for the pre-Black Friday rush and setup for the big day. Cripes, the retail world gets worse and worse. Target used to be better than this.

Well, I was going to update my 13th Age thread, but by the time the computer became available it was already too late. I hate living in a house with nine people and one computer that can connect to the internet.

Two. Sodium ibuprofen dihydrate is a pharmaceutical in the same vein as paracetamol or regular ibuprofen. Not prescription - at least in NZ, but we're fairly tight on the ol' chems - so you should be able to acquire some without too much of a headache (haha) which it is absolutely fantastic for treating. For me, at any rate.

I suspected so much, but I've been confused whether you forgot a comma or meant an ibuprofen salt. I guessed that for tension-type headaches sodium could actually help.

I've been experiencing either minor anxiety attacks or precursors to them again this week.  Very brief and mostly tolerable, but unmistakable.  This is... distressing.  I started having them about three months ago and they got bad and frequent enough that I had to go on medication for it.  Now it's happening again, while I'm still on the medication.

And here I was thinking that my life was actually less stressful now.

...I guess it's time to make another appointment with my doctor and prepare to increase the dosage.  I read sometimes that's needed.  Good thing I have very good health insurance.

Maybe next week will be better.  At least I have half of the week off from everything.

I overslept and missed my Intro to Computer Engineering  class today. It's even worse than usual since we do a graded exercise every class.

Well, looks like I may well have haemorrhoids. Went for a crap this morning afternoon and there was blood (fresh blood) coming out. Off to the doctor's on Monday, probably gonna end up with those suppositories ::)

Joy of joys, I get to shove things up my arse when it's bleeding.

I didn't want to share it in detail, but I know your pain. That was the 'old person-fucking-disease' I alluded to a couple weeks back.
