You'll just feel more tired during the day from pacing all night. Even if you aren't sleeping, laying in bed resting is better than nothing.

I told everyone I was considering stabbing myself, and I got a few of "I felt like that one time" responses, and a bunch of people who ignored me...
And one person who said "I hope you get better soon"
No one who tried to help or anything.

Pls don't stab yourself kthx. The only person who can get away with stabbing themselves is me, and I wouldn't do that because it would be illogical and wouldn't accomplish anything except make the situation worse. so yeah, no one should stab themselves.
