The WIFOM scene reminded me of why I left the Mafia subforum: at heart, Mafia is guessing. You have absolutely no way to find out who is who. Your only choice is to blindly guess. The whole game is WIFOM. Buzzwords as mafioso identification? Oh, "buzzword" is a buzzword. Guy's acting fishy? Who knows, could be just a player with a slightly misleading demeanor. There is no hard evidence. There is only WIFOM. It is not psychology. It is guessing who the bad guys are and hoping you get lucky. Your only way to win is via non-sequiter, hence Westley's solution to WIFOM, and since Mafia doesn't let you non-sequiter, Mafia is almost entirely guessing.
