Is sad; cat hasn't returned home for days. Coyotes, probably. I miss him :C
Also have a nasty cold.
Have hope, my cat escaped the house, and was gone for 4 days. We assumed the worse, as we live in a city. Not only are there cars, but fishers have been a problem in the area before. But on the fourth day, the cat came back. Cats can be super resourceful.

I live in the midst of the woods and if you wanna see resourceful cats, look no further. I have watched my sisters cat (who just goes inside and out as he pleases) go hunting with a wild cat

It was pretty awesome to watch

Also sick. It was mild at first but got pretty bad today, even with a NyQuil regimen. I'm in a sweater in a 72 degree room, and I still feel like I'm freezing.

First Bay12 case of Ebola confirmed!

Uni room has really shit circuits to the point that that my desktop seems to blow the fuse at least once a week so far. Think I'm either gonna have to give up using it completely or never turn it off :(

Get a UPS. They make your system a lot safer when you have dirty power.

It's the mains fuse that's blowing (I think it's a low rated fuse or something stupid) - a UPS would be of minimal gain as far as I'm aware.

I jumped online and read two whole pages of people talking about LSP's grammar.

Now all I can see is how much of us start our sentences with capitals.
I mean, kudos. Not at all sadthread, but quite context.

The library had a book sale and I just bought seven more books...that I didn't really need...that were $3.50 for the lot.

Anyone know of a bibliophiles anonymous organization?

3.50 for seven books? Sounds like a bargain.

Last Christmas I got 30 books, each worth around £8.00

'Twas a good Christmas, and the books came from various relatives.

I am so tired of coughing and nose bleeds. Coughing hurts my chest, and sometimes it feels like my lungs are coming out... Probably just my uvula, but still.
And every time I try to shower I get a nosebleed and don't notice until I look down and see the pool of blood on the floor.
Doctor? :S
Yep. I'm going later today...

And I get nosebleeds all the time. My nose is plugged because I'm sick, but if I try to blow it it starts bleeding...
Or just random other times, like working on a school project.

This, this right here, is why I sometimes hate this country. According to exchange rates, that should be about R150 each; but no, books sell for up to twice that. If I received thirty books for Christmas, my family would go bankrupt.  :P
