Have you...talked to anyone who could diagnose what exactly is going on with you? :-\
No. Figured it was a one time thing. Should probably do that, I guess.

Can you even leave your residence in such condition?

@_@
DISEASES ARE NOT ONE TIME THINGS.
ESPECIALLY THAT OF THE GASTROINTESTINAL VARIANT.
Also you should seriously NOT starve yourself. You should seriously HYDRATE yourself.
And you should seriously get checked up. :-\

Yeah. All it is is just really unpleasant bathroom breaks. And occasional stomach pains. It's not like I can't hold it for an hour or so if necessary.

Sorry I don't want to eat when all it does is cause a stomach ache then. I am keeping hydrated. Mostly.

I'm seeing about scheduling an appointment at the on campus health facility tomorrow, chill out internet.

Yeah.
I remember that problem when I had it.
I was diagnosed with Anal Fissures (the description was not fun, either definition of the word)
Muscle relaxants, glycerine applied to the affected area, and laxatives are the treatment.

Eat more fiber at a young age, kids. Try out your parent's bran cereal.

...I'm not sure that applies to me. I have, like, diarrhea, dude. Stomach bug or mild food poisoning or something probably.

I'm actually feeling better at this point. Ate some snacks. No issues yet.

...So can we get some other conversation all up in here?

Well I a bit sad
A few days ago I was showing off to a few friends what I can play on my bass guitar (not much) but played random crap for an hour. Got a blister on my thumb, popped it, next day I've got an open hole in my thumb (not large but big enough to see), so I used germx to clean it (burned like hell) and cleaned it every couple of hours.
Tried practicing my guitar today with a scab hole on my thumb (the part that hits the string) and every note felt weird and when I was done playing the scab area was sups sore.
I can't play my bass without it hurting

Pick with your first two fingers instead of your thumb? Much easier, honestly.

Yep, youy'll wanna learn to do a kind of 'walking' motion with your index and middle fingers; gets a more consistent strum than the thumb, lets you go faster, and spreads out the abrasion over two digits.

Breaking news, not over it.

This. Alternate picking with your index and middle finger is an excellent skill for playing bass. Also applies to classical guitar playing.

I guess I will finaly learn how to walk. I've kind of avoided it cause I have no middle/index finger dexterity.

Dissapointment: my glasses are too big to fit in an Oculus Rift, and so I can't see anything when I'm wearing one.
My school bought an Oculus, and I can't even use it.
That's bad design.

Loads of gamers are also nerds, and loads of nerds have glasses. Why would you design something loads of your target audience can't use?
THAT'S RACIST
That's a good question. How much you want to bet the inventor of the device wears glasses?
Hell, a good fraction of the general population wears glasses. It's bad design for anything to not fit glasses.

Actually, middle finger dexterity is a very easy and fun stat to grind, so that shouldn't really be a problem.
