Grocery store. Buy wasabi/horseradish, hot sauce, and a tuckfon of tissues. Also, some honey, lemon juice, and fresh garlic, which you can combine with boiling water and drink once it's cool enough.

EDIT: Just saw you don't want to risk driving. Shit.

I could probably drive ok, I'm more worried about being in public when my nose suddenly runs like a river and embarrasses me.

I did find a bag of spicy nacho doritos in the dorm. Eating that seems to have cleared my sinuses a bit. So I've got that going for me.
