My fuel pump may be leaking. There's a strong smell of gas around the rear of the car, and there was a fuel pump recall on my car in certain states (same part was used in all of the car, but the problems mostly developed in warmer states). I'm going to have to pay a decent amount to diagnose it (it might be a blocked hose or something else that's much less expensive to fix), and if it is the pump, it's a $250 DIY fix.

Was expecting a job offer that was supposed to be a sure thing, but its becoming increasingly apparent that I'm just being strung the fuck along again. I had a recommendation from my former manager that knew this manager personally. They had a position that needed to be filled. They had connections with another store. I checked back to see how things were progressing, but it simply isn't. I really hope my mood swings around into anger really soon.

I do, and usually it makes me cry. Paranoia, anxiety, depression, they aren't good companions for thought.

And also, I spend at least one third of my time (8 hours/day) in bed awake. I run out of stuff to think about... I bet that's why I don't dream.

I try not to do that because when I'm left alone with my thoughts I scare myself. >_>
Also, left my debit card in an ATM today. Got about a block away, realized I'd left it, and went to get it, and when I came back, it was gone. People are dicks sometimes.

That happened to me once, only I didn't come back for it till the next day. And the security guard had it, and was willing to give it back to me as long as I could describe in enough detail what it said on it.

It didn't help that it was an ATM on the street so any random person walking by could've snatched it. Thankfully, I don't have any money in my checking account they could steal from it, it just sucks that I have to go pay $5 for a replacement.
