Haven't hung out with the girls across the hall in a while. They're really friendly to everyone, so they probably got other friends. I have seen other guys going in and out of their room occasionally (they're door is right across from me, it's hard not to notice, especially when said guys are loud and obnoxious frat dudes).
What if they got other better friends and moved on? What if Cute Girl got a boyfriend? What if she got a boyfriend and they're banging? Why do I care? Why can I not stop questioning why they've lost interest in hanging out with me and my roommates? What if they actually never liked me and were just being super nice and polite but actually pitied me and were repulsed by me aaaaaand now I'm socially anxious.
Welp, RIP friendship with girls across ye hall. I barely knew ye.
I was going to punch you but won't :v
You should learn, that there's something called personal principles. If [FRIENDLY:YES], then the situation of [GOING_WITH_'BETTER'_PEOPLE] is not ALWAYS A YES. >_>
Just because people are friendly doesn't mean they'll "
leave you for better ''friends''" Such an idea, as a generality, is pretty much
very rude and mean. Also is not of true friendliness...
I mean heck, leaving others? -_-
You should also really get into touch with yourself and your self-esteem. ALL THESE BLOODY ASSUMPTIONS. It's like predicting the future with internal bias!
Try thinking about this instead: Maybe [whatever negative thing you're thinking] isn't true?
Reference being the orange part. See how its an assumption that
then becomes what you (un)consciously infer is a
conclusion? Or in the least, react to it with such an impact as if it was true, instead of a probability?
This is me trying to be assertive. Not at you--but at the attitude you're developing.Stop focusing solely on the :I. It's unhealthy. Why I speak in such ways is to try to orient you and make you aware of the attitude being developed--as a note of reference; if whatever you were doing is healthy, there'd be people advocating such attitudes... :/
I think we need to stick Tiruin in a crate and send her to JoshuaFH for happiness.
I WAS going to say 'ship Tiruin to Joshua', then I remembered what shipping is in internet culture.
...Err, shipping?
