Speaking of damaged cars, my co-worker was in an accident. She is OK according to what I know, but the combine tractor that backed into their car had it's blades go through the passenger side.
It sounds like her son won't make it.  :'(  :'( Praying for a miracle.

So, I'm staying in a college dorm, right? This dorm has public washing and drying machines for everyone to use for their laundry, right?

I've been procrastinating on washing my clothes over the last couple days out of fear of encountering people during the whole process. either there's too many people in the laundry room or all the machines are full or there's too many people out in the halls who could see me and it would be so awkward and embarrassing. I need to wash my clothes eventually but it's just so awkward and there's all these people and aaaaaaugh--

I think I have a small social anxiety problem. Just a bit of a problem. Never thought it'd cause problems like this though. God this is pathetic.

That's really nasty. Hopefully the emotional strain won't be too much for her.

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

Yeah. Her and her mother (the son's grandmother) are both absent from work as a result, and all of us were emotionally attached to him.
It's a strain on us, I can't imagine what it's like for them.  :'(

Indeed. Objective and I are both from the Glorious Realm of New Zealand. I think there's someone else, too, but I can't remember who it was.
