Oh captain my captain.  :'(

And in other news, I also miss GreatWyrmGold. He was a great conversation partner, introduced me to Worm, and could explain things in Worm that I didn't understand or couldn't cope with. I just read Interlude 26: the one about the Golden Man. I wish I could talk to GWG about it.

It's terrible he couldn't contain his rage, hopefully he's moved onto greener pastures.

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/asbestos-pushed-asia-product-poor-071234063.html

"Squeezed out of the industrialized world, the asbestos industry is trying to build up new markets and has created lobbying organizations to help it sell asbestos to poor countries, particularly in Asia, it said."

And DDT is still sold to fishermen in the Amazonian basin for its effectiveness at catching fish.

The only time (discounting being a wimpy child) I've cried while watching something was Clannad... and even then I'm convinced the crying was due to me stubbing my toe, not horrific sadness.
More or less same here.

I cry too much about myself to cry while watching things.
Yay for teenage selfishness.

So my probably cluster headaches came back for the first time in years. It doesn't really make me sad, but it's a closer emotion than rage to the extreme, excruciating, 10/10, non-drug responsive pain that has caused me to lash out at my friends and claw at my eye. I really, really hope this goes away soon.

Those reactions are not what is desired. As I said, it doesn't respond to drugs most of the time, and I threatened a friend of mine when he tried to touch me.

Truth be told, there's nothing that can be done for this condition.

Here's hoping it goes away soon too, MSH. Unfortunately, the only advice I have is to avoid looking at screens for too long and to drink plenty of water, perhaps lie down with a hot pack.

Sad for the day: I miss my cousins. The oldest one (my age) joined the Navy, the middle one killed himself a few years back, and the youngest one is busy with school and doesn't get on the internet or have a phone of her own. And since my aunt moved, I won't even see them during vacation when I visit my grandparents.

My computer's (The one I have at home) Hard disk suddenly stopped working after nearly 3 years of service. (I think it's related to the power outage some day ago).
Which means I have lost all my little projects, misc random downloads, save games and such, are now lost forever. (Maybe not the downloadable things.)
And it might take some days before I can get a new one.

This really sucks..
On the other hand.. I might have more to play Wii/U or 3ds games now.

data you don't have backed up is data you should be prepared to lose

in the event of a hd crash, even an ancient 50gb drive means you have something saved

and i guess there are decent cloud services now too

Is it bad that I once cried whilst watching Doctor Who?
