1) Grab one potato, grate it, and squeeze the juice out.
2) Add a little whisked egg and some bread crumbs, season, mix together and firmly compress into a patty.
3) deep fry, or make the patty very flat and shallow fry in heaps of oil.
Fry the leftover egg later.
Now for my sad, I have Influenza with accompanying pneumonia, and therefore fail to have the energy to make this delicious potato meal which I have just made myself crave....

I was actually eating some sort of curry with potato and eggplant, with rice, naturally. It wasn't bad, could have been spicier, though.

Anyway, sads: Plug.dj is still down, being updated. I wanted to share some new music I've found before I go out tonight. :-\
Oh well, the update should be pretty cool, I guess.
