Hey, so do mine! And most of the rest of my body.
In the pit last night, were you Mastah? :)

Actually, it's from nearly 20 years of keeping weight off my narrow spine.
Accumulation, pits not withstanding.

@Tiruin, ~Mastahcheese

Context?  Like the idea that I'm actually terrified of driving due to knowledge of physics and statistics, despite the fact that I have more training and competence than most people on the road?  Yeah, I already know about that. :P

Seriously though, I realize that I (obviously) still have some emotional attachment.  I just realize that logically, neither of us would want to actually have a relationship, even if it were easy and possible.  I didn't post here for advice, I posted 'cause I was sad in a new and exciting way.

And Mastah, you haven't seen me because we occupy different areas.  I'm pretty active in Einsteinian Roulette.

I once got blood on my eggs because apparently I had no idea I had sliced open my face somehow.

There's a lot of awkward things no one ever tells you about being a teenager.

.... To be honest I'm still not sure where I actually got cut. So the only thing I can really say about the first facial scar I got was "I have no fucking idea, it just pissed on my eggs one day"

I'm really going to miss this place. I shouldn't get so sentimental over a damn apartment, but there it is. Now that I'm back to typing on my laptop in bed because I don't have any other furniture on which to set up my desktop, I'm actually starting to grasp that soon I won't be living here. Blehhhh

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

@Syvarris (quoting is hard on an iPod)

Yeah, I think piecewise said it best when he said the reason I don't plat ER is because I'm too busy trying to run his half finished projects. (speaking of which, I need to update that)
Also, I lost home Internet so I tend to camp out in GD now.
And in any case, advice or no, I hope you sort it out.

One of my favourite comic series (The Goon) has just started a new mini-series that I expected to finally get back to the overarching story (there had been a few filler volumes after a big dramatic arc finished) and... the first issue is kinda lame. :-\
Maybe it'll get better in the issues to come, but what was supposed to be a dramatic reveal of just what the protagonists are up against was rather underwhelming, in my opinion. Oh well, I have three other new comics to read as well.

It's so hard to find an opponent in a fighting game which is on your level and is not either: 1) much worse than you; or 2) kicks your ass so hard you die without landing any hits at all.
