I'm one of that handful of people that actually finds inactivity frustrating. So... Not really. In my case at least.

Woke up with abdominal pain. Went to work anyways.

Not sure why my gut hurts. It's a bit better now, but not too much.

I thought it may be because I needed the washroom or had gas, but that's not it. After I ate lunch I felt nauseous, and accidentally induced vomiting, but that didn't help any either. Instead I had additional pain in my chest, throat, and face for about the next hour or so.

I think I may have pulled a muscle or something yesterday, and only started feeling it today. Yesterday was several hours longer than my normal working day.

And I'm still working this weekend.

I know how you feel. I hate doing nothing, I don't know why.
My advice? Force yourself to do something even if you don't want to.
Worst case, you've wasted time that you would have spent doing nothing anyway, best case, you feel better about it.

"working on my projects" is starting to look like "stare at my projects and wonder where my passion and inspiration have gone"

I'm starting to realize that whenever I post on a message board like this one, and nobody directly replies to my post, it's really hard for me not to parse it as an equivalent to when people are having a conversation and then someone says something completely weird and inappropriate and there's an awkward silence and then conversation continues like it didn't happen.

This is stupid and wrong thing to think, and I know it's stupid and wrong, but horrible-sinking-feeling-that-you've-stupidly-embarassed-yourself-in-public doesn't care.

I'd like to claim that I stole them, but that would impl that I had any and that would be a blatant lie.

BOOP. I have directly replied to your post with a BOOP. You don't have to feel that way now!

Also, I would suggest going out and stupidly embarrassing yourself in public, just to conquer the fear of doing so. I'm weird like that.

Wow.. that super sucks. I had the stomach flu on and off for about an entire week and I could barely move off my couch, much less go to a job. Good luck, brave soul.
