Also, those birds dinosaurs are evil incarnate. My dad had a bunch of them, and the adolescents starting murdering (eating?) the babies. AKA their younger siblings.

Technically, every living thing was once in some form a part of the Dinosaur Era so you may be actually correct, sort of. It's the difference between a chicken and a pterodactyl :P

I managed to partially break my writer's block for a day, but then it just built itself right back up again. =(

Maybe take a walk, or read a book? Clearing your head and forgetting about it before getting back to it might help :p

I've been reading reviews of Fringe (currently halfway through season 4), /r/talesfromtechsupport (Gambatte is awesome), and the B12 forums for half of the day at work for the past two weeks.

They have little for me to do now. After my boss was fired (oh, sorry, big man says he resigned. Ex-boss man must have lied when he said he was fired), the other departments began trying to take advantage of his absence and seem to have grown dumber. No lie. He walked out the door and we were immediately getting calls to make changes that were, to put it bluntly, fucking stupid. I've been leaning more and more toward snarky responses when I receive all of these PICNIC errors. I'm finding it harder and harder to become motivated to do actual work stuff. I want to enjoy what I do again.

I've applied for a few other positions so far, but have had no bites yet.
