It seems my sleep disorder is getting worse. I went from shadow spider to shadow mass with a bazillion legs of death. it saddens me that I may have to seek help to get rid of this problem before it gets worse and drives me insane(er).

My therapist borrowed me a book: "Home Coming" by John Bradshaw.

It's a very pleasant read by some psychiatrist sounding guy, but it feels really touchy feely, almost too wishful in a way, I don't know if I should take it seriously. Just reading it brings up my feelings that getting out of this lonely rut in life is impossible. I still may finish it, only about a quarter through it so far.

But atleast it's digestible, it's way better than that other book he recommended to me by that w somerset maugham guy, cause Jesus Fucking Christ how British can one guy be? That book was impenetrably British.

In the emergency room with Hiro.  Hospitals are familiar places to me anymore.  Not sure what's going on this time.  He woke up crying and shaking, and has been unable to communicate all day.  Though he seems to understand basic verbal requests made to him.  We think he had a seizure, but there are many things that don't match up with previous seizure episodes.  Hate to think that this is probably because I was too aggressive with his insulin dose and didn't stay up to check him in the middle of the night
