There is a serious lack of Space Jam wallpapers on the internet.

In fact, I daresay that an anti-nihilist is somebody who enjoys life for what it is, without any meaning, not even a self-imposed one (which is the primary reason I'm not an existentialist; giving life a meaning is kind of a hassle).

Good examples from fiction that I can think of are that one scene from Monty Python's Life of Brian (you know the one), probably most of the Discworld books ("But here and now, we are alive!"), beret guy from XKCD, and SCP-1281.
Bleh.. That last log for 1281.. It cut really deep..

Not that I didn't know it'd turn out this way, but most of my finals so far went pretty bad.  I'll probably have no chance at eg, UC Berkeley.

"Why long hair? You want to be a girl or something?"

I don't know who said that, but they deserve to be punched in the face.
So stupid.

Point out that it's a rather popular style in America now?

Yeah, but I'm in Thailand and my mom has all sorts of outdated standards.

Two words that can immediately justify long hair regardless of practicality or aesthetics: Head Banging.

Tell her that you would rather not be socially isolated because of outdated cultural standards from her generation?

The idea of long hair not being acceptable for males is just... bizarre. O.o
Grow your hair anyway? Not like she can stop you.

Long hair on men is seen as very weird in Asia in general.

I don't like having long hair, but I also don't like getting a haircut.

So I have long hair :<

This. :-\
Though you can have your hair short and have a single braid. :v
Just not overly long hair.
THOUGH, it is still possible and people do it :P
But really rarely. You'd have more chances seeing people with the big poofy fluffy hairstyle than long hair here.

Not that I didn't know it'd turn out this way, but most of my finals so far went pretty bad.  I'll probably have no chance at eg, UC Berkeley.
Try it before denying it? :P I see a lot of presumptive words there.
Did you put in the idea that they'll think of the education system you're in in the process of accepting the student?

Harbinger has assumed direct control.
Of my darn feelings :'(
That's a nice SCP.
