I slept horribly last night, for what must be the third time in a row now. It's a problem, because I always wake up confused, full of adrenaline and unable to prioritize well. So here I am. Confused, full of adrenaline, and waiting for the rush to wear off a bit so I can remember what's important to do and what isn't.
Weird, I've been having similar issues the last couple nights. Technically mornings. Wake up at 6:30 from a bad or weird dream, covered in sweat. Go back to sleep. Then wake up at 7:30 from another completely different bad/weird dream, also covered in sweat. Go back to sleep. Wake up an hour later every hour and repeat process until I finally get up.

It's weird.

Turns out you can seriously not notice how deep into this shit you went until you get out.

BOO!

I found out who is directing the Jem and the Holograms movie.

There is no hope in hell that this movie will be good now. It is just going to be Hannah Montana the movie 2.

I know no one cares, but honestly Jem and the Holograms was an insane and fun show with a surprising amount of depth if you watch enough of it. With villains who were fun and you could root for.
Wait, what?  There's a Jem and the Holograms movie in the works?  I did not know this.

In other news, I guess I'm sick today. Standard midsummer wake-up feelings of shittiness have not passed with water, a shower, and food, so bluh. I wasn't getting any use out of that sick time otherwise, anyway, I suppose, but I'd still rather be not ill. It'd been like 4 months or something since the last time, practically a record since I started working.

“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Let's please not start swearing at each other, or taking joy in suffering, for that matter.
I think Shake just meant it as a joke. He's a huge dick if that was serious, but it was still pretty inapropriate.

Calm demeanours, please?

Oh, I think I figured out why I've been tired all the time, and possibly why I managed to lose weight eating a diet composed primarily of pasta, fried vegetables, and cheese. Protip, guys, if you're eating meat, cook it thoroughly. I have only myself to blame, if this hypothesis is correct. Doctor's appointment scheduled.
