Though re: Dinner: Just cook it up and shove it in the fridge or whathaveyou. It can be warmed tomorrow! That's the miracle of modern cooking. If you're already full, don't force yourself to eat more, as a rule.

They were stale though. Didn't stop me from eating them, nor did it occur to me to check the dates. I'm not the greatest at critical thinking.

Plus I'm not the only one eating dinner, and I don't necessarily have to be the one who cooks it. It's just that it's more for my benefit so I can gain at least some autonomy by learning to cook, instead of being a little robotic mooch.

Brother continues being a hypocrite. Doesn't care how many good reasons I give as to why he should stop doing what he does, or the fact that he mentally tortures me, and refuses to say why, the fact that I try to make him stop is worse than the fact that he does it, and as long as he says 'SHUT UP" the argument is over and I have no reason to continue asking for an apology. After all, the only reason I'm asking is because it will make me feel better about myself.

I just want him to realise that his incessant... stuff, has had such a negative effect on my psyche the past couple of years that I now have absolutely no capacity to contain my anger, or trust anyone to not be like him. It's becoming less "screw you, stop doing that" and "I beg of you don't make me put up with this until I die".

This is why I learned a standing armbar. You should learn that. It helps immensely.

My sister joined the navy and is leaving for basic in a few months

My half sisters father died in a motercyle wreck (i guess im sorry for her and not really sad about it since i didnt know him but still)

I wont be seeing any of my friends who just graduated nor am i able to make contact with them

May I ask why you can't contact your friends? Regardless, you've always got us, as unhelpful as that may be.
