I feel completely awful, like I just want to break down and cry for no reason when someone even calls my name. Nobody is talking to me, and I just asked my dad if there's anything to eat and he rants at me over some shit.
All I asked is what was there to eat.

I'm afraid I'm going to jump on the 'school counselor' bandwagon. I can say from personal experience that they are very nearly exclusively nice people, and I really think you need to get someone to help you with your situation.

I got angry at someone and for some reasons decided I should cut myself. I guess I was intending it to be some sort of emotional blackmail or something.

Sky, you can do this. Just a year left to persevere through. Do it with the best you can. Honestly, the system employed there sucks (I mean judging a student by comparing to other students?! >_>), but don't give up (or apathy up). Train yourself to endure or persevere there.

Intrusive thoughts are not one that you should follow, mostly. Very glad you didn't follow up on it and in anycase that you did--I see you learn from the experience (...meaning: [prevention-thoughts])
