Try stretching, stuff like this happend most often due to hindered bloodflow.

Or ion deficits, probably calcium or magnesium, especially if you drink coffee.

My neighbor has a dog that they refuse to put on a leash, then they yell at it loudly when it runs into the road, as if that will do anything.

What Knit Tie said, you're way too smart to be saying that about yourself.
You can do amazing things, and you know it. Just because things get in your way, that doesn't make you any less, Tiruru.

And I hope you get better, Darkling Wolf.
I know your feels, I nearly got my ear cut off when I stubbed my toe on the corner of a wall and tripped. The side of my head then hit the leg of a desk, and about half of my ear got torn off. It healed, but now it's visibly lower than the other one.

And I hope that Vector's and Dwarfy's twitching gets better.
I really hope it doesn't progress to the stage that mine got to, because involuntarily smashing your fist into the side of your own face repeatedly hurts like hell. Trust me.

As for my own sads, guess who just got their anti-depressant dosage raised again?
Also, I am apparently bi-polar. they put me on another medicine that's supposedly a "mood equalizer", whatever that is, as well as being a muscle relaxant, so maybe it'll help with the back pain or the muscle spasms.

So yeah, now I have another thing to add to the list of things I hate about myself.

My face has been doing that. Specifically, right below my left eye. It's never done that before :/
I think this means stress? Unless its not the eyelid thing (in which I do note I finally got why characters in cartoons or animated films have eye twitches when RAWRSTRESS D:<)

>_< Thanks...Am just doubting a bit more somehow everyday. I'll make time for that clarity, thanks.

My left thumb has been twitching almost non-stop for the past few days.

What gives, thumb? What's wrong with you?
o_O
Something hit a nerve?
Or..or maybe what others said there?

Also heal well TDW.

...I seriously doubt that given how we've been talking in the past months. Seriously. Doubt. That.
Though if a mild case? Maybe...but considering the background of why you may be behaving so and why you feel like such...it doesn't match that kind of diagnosis.
My opinion though.

Well, keep in mind that this diagnosis is coming from the same person who dumbed down my depiction of my dad repeatedly threatening to kill me, by shortening it to, "So he put you down as a kid?"
So I would not at all be surprised if they are wrong.

Probably get a second opinion? (Though do relate what your doubts are on the first one, and what was advised in full on that matter)

I'm not sure where I'd get a second opinion from.

There are exactly 2 psychologists in my town, and their offices are 15 feet away from each other, in the same hallway.

...Didn't you say you got your diagnosis from just one of them? :P
Talk to them! Probably inquire on why you're being diagnosed on such or if what they say is either mild, temporary or other things which you're curious about.

Maybe you could try going to a different town for a diagnosis? I mean, that's extreme, but your psychologist appears to suck more than anyone qualified to provide medical care should.

I'd venture on doubt here due to how many people approach a diagnosis differently. :/
So...first ask, then find others, if this is deemed right.

If it's not a misdiagnosis (these happen fairly frequently): Have you been given Lithium? It worked wonders for me...

I really do wonder if there's a single psychologically untroubled person on these forums sometimes...

I've solved all of my emotional problems by not giving a fuck anymore. So far it works.

Meh. If the new medicine helps, then I won't bother with going through the trouble of asking.
If it doesn't, then I'll ask the other dude, but I can't go out of town.
As for the lithium, no, I haven't been informed of that.

I've been down that road, before.
I'd prefer to stay off of it.
