Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

They managed to fuck up my arm at the blood drive. Hello, internal bleeding and not actually being able to give blood!

Welp took the math test I spent a hell of a lot of time studying for other past few days. I think I might have done ok... Though when the extra credit stuff came along I realised that in the process of learning all this stuff about series and sequences, I seem to have forgotten everything I learned about integration... Which was embarassing. I might be rather screwed when the final comes along.

I've always feared this happening, and I am sad to hear it happened to you. How bad is it?

Really? Who?
Well, Here's Three.

Interesting. Thank you.

Worthy of note that all except one suffered some kind of severe head trauma, and there is no proof that the one who didn't didn't just sleep in his rocking chair. My cynicism there is not helped by the confusion about his date of birth.

And, my fear of needles and subsequent aversion to going to blood drives just increased.  :-\

Hope it's not that bad.

Somewhat reminded of one time in elementary school when we were getting vaccinations.

One kid was so scared of needles he was physically shaking. The nurses didn't wait for him to sit still before trying to put the needle in.

It ended about as well as it sounds.

*Shudders.*

Needles just...are a big no. I don't think I shake, but I go all pale. The nurse didn't seem to notice, mainly because I tend not to reveal emotions if I can help it. It was actually funny, though not at the time. She asked me about my Sunday dinner, then just before I answered jabbed a needle in my arm. I managed to stay relaxed and didn't tense, as I heard that makes it worse, then I went to class again, though I felt terrible.

I think my fear may have something to do with the farm. As in, my dad handed me some syringes for the cattle and told me that if I stuck myself with one I'd die. That's when I was really young.

Yea. It's not a very rational fear, I know. Doesn't stop it from existing, though.

I love needles, they never cease to fascinate me as they pierce my flesh.

This thread is now 5000 pages long. I am sad how many sorrows others have accumulated over...

*checks facts*

5 years.

Wait, that's like 1000 pages per year. Woah.

I would actually do nothing, in that case. If she doesn't want to talk to you, then literally any effort at communication is just going to come off as ignoring what she wants. When she wants to talk, then you might open with an apology.

This.
While I do agree with this, the only problem is that she very rarely ever approaches people to initiate conversations. That's the way she is.

If she particularly doesn't want to talk at the moment, you should still give her some time.

I know that. I figure I'll give her at least the weekend to cool off.
